UPDATES
June 2026 Calendar of Events: includes water shut off days, pest control, and alarm maintenance
7/1 - 7/3: Window washing, 9 am to 5 pm. Close windows for full cleaning and close shades for privacy.
7/1 - 7/14: Hawaiian Telcom equipment upgrades via in-unit installations. Click here to see general install schedule.
Next regular board of directors meeting: Tuesday, July 7th at 6 pm in the recreation room. *For unit owners only*
Meetings for the remainder of the year:
Tues, 9/8: last regularly scheduled meeting
Mon, 11/2: annual owners’ meeting incl. voting for board of directors.
Management is utilizing notices posted by the elevators and/or lobby bulletin board to communicate notable information. Be sure to check often for details on updates and upcoming events. Some current items include:
House rule highlights: violations of rules may result in citations and/or fines
Drop Offs and pick ups - rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxis, friends/family, et al: drop offs and pick ups cannot be done in the driveways as they impede traffic and present safety concerns. Instead, have your driver utilize Garage B or the loading zone.
No pets: Aloha Lani rules do not permit pets, only service animals as recognized by law. Please be sure to maintain control of your service animal(s) at all times when in common areas, and ensure your service animal registration is on file with the management office.
