News and updates are provided periodically to help you stay informed. Our communications usually address decisions made by the Board of Directors and/or management, upcoming projects, reminders, and other information regarding our community.

Updates/Announcements:

  • Board of Directors meetings for the remainder of the year:

    • Tues, 9/22 at 5:30 pm via virtual meeting: special meeting to review items requiring attention. After opening, the board will go in to executive session to discuss collection, personnel, contractual, and potentially litigious matters.

    • Mon, 11/2: annual owners’ meeting which will include electing fellow owners to the board of directors.

      • You’ll be receiving your packet in the coming weeks. Please be sure to review and submit your proxy regardless of whether you will be in attendance or not as this allows for quorum to be met; without quorum a meeting can not take place, so please take action. If you submit your proxy and end up attending the meeting, your proxy will be overridden by your attendance. If you have any questions after you’ve received your annual meeting materials please contact management.

  • Management is utilizing notices posted by the elevators and/or lobby bulletin board to communicate notable information. Be sure to check often for details on updates and upcoming events. Some current items include:

    • House rules highlights: please be diligent in reviewing all house rules and abiding by them as failure to do so may result in citations and/or fines.

      • Quiet Hours: please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 7 am, including while traveling down shared hallways.

      • Drop Offs and Pick Ups - rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxis, friends/family, et al: drop offs and pick ups cannot be done in the driveways as they impede traffic and present safety concerns. Instead, have your driver utilize Garage B or the loading zone.

      • No pets: pets are not allowed in our building, only service animals as recognized by law. Please be sure to maintain control of your service animal(s) at all times when in common areas, and ensure your service animal registration is on file with the management office.

      • Smoking: smoking is prohibited in all common areas. While smoking is permitted in your private space, please keep in mind that any smoke, exhaust, fumes, etc, must be contained and should not leak into common areas or neighboring units.

      • Garage gate usage: garage gates are designated exclusively for vehicular entry and exit. Please do not open the garage gates to walk in or out; instead utilize the pedestrian gate or Ala Wai walkway. This is a matter of safety with the added bonus of helping minimize unnecessary wear and tear on equipment.
