Newsletters and updates are provided periodically to help you stay informed. Our newsletters usually address decisions made by the Board of Directors, upcoming projects, reminders, and other information regarding our community.


UPDATES

  • Next Board of Directors meeting: Tuesday, January 6th at 5 pm in the recreation room. *For owners only*

  • Management is utilizing notices posted by the elevators and/or lobby bulletin board to communicate notable information. Be sure to check often for details on updates and upcoming events. Some current items include:

    • 12/9 to 12/12, 9 am to 4 pm: Elevator repairs on garage levels (floors 2-6)

    • 12/9 & 12/10, 9 am to 12 pm: Monthly water shutoff - floors 10-22 on 12/9, floors 23-PH on 12/10

    • 12/16, starting at 9 am: Pest control spraying for floors 16-24

    • 12/19: Holiday potluck. Connect with security regarding attendance and potluck contribution.

    • Policy reminders regarding service animal registration, food and grocery deliveries, and loading zone parking use.

    • Our House Rules are currently being reviewed and updated. Suggestions can be placed in the box in the lobby or given to management.
