UPDATES

  • ***RESCHEDULED: March’s board of directors meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, 3/19 at 6 pm in the recreation room***

  • Management is utilizing notices posted by the elevators and/or lobby bulletin board to communicate notable information. Be sure to check often for details on updates and upcoming events. Some current items include:

    • March 2026 calendar

    • Tues, 3/17:

      • Laundry room closed for cleaning from 6 am to 12 pm

      • Water shut-off for floors 10 - 22 from 9 am to 12 pm

      • Pest control & high-risk inspections: floors 16 to 24 from 9 am to 1 pm

    • Wed, 3/18: water shut off floors 23 to PH from 9 am to 12 pm

    • House rule highlights: Violations of rules may result in fines

      • Parking stalls: cleanup and enforcement in process.

      • Garage gate: for safety reasons, pedestrians are NOT to enter or exit via garage gates.

      • Loading zone: this area is reserved for use by vendors and delivery services. Stopping there to check mail, access bike/surf board storage, etc will not be allowed. When getting picked up or dropped off by rideshare services, et al, please use the Garage B area.

      • Food delivery: due to security concerns, food delivery representatives are not allowed to enter the lobby. When ordering food delivery please be prepared to meet the individual at the entrance.
