Newsletters and updates are provided periodically to help you stay informed. Our newsletters usually address decisions made by the Board of Directors, upcoming projects, reminders, and other information regarding our community.
UPDATES
Next Board of Directors meeting: Tuesday, March 3rd at 6 pm in the recreation room. *For owners only*
Management is utilizing notices posted by the elevators and/or lobby bulletin board to communicate notable information. Be sure to check often for details on updates and upcoming events. Some current items include:
Monday, 2/16: the office will be closed in observance of the holiday
Tuesday, 2/17:
Pest control and high-risk inspections for floors 25 - PH from 9 am to 1 pm
Laundry room closed for cleaning from 6 am to 12 pm
Water shut-off for floors 10 - 22 from 9 am to 12 pm
Trash Room: do not leave recycling, bulky items, and misc items in the trash room. Dispose of them accordingly, including taking bulky items to the designated area by the dumpsters.
Speeding in the garages: please adhere to the 5 MPH limit and be mindful of other drivers and residents walking.
The House Rules are currently being reviewed and updated. Suggestions can be placed in the box in the lobby or given to management.
