At Aloha Lani we have regularly scheduled water outages. These outages serve as a convenience for anyone that requires plumbing repairs in their unit. The building is sectioned off in to upper and lower zones. Floors 10 to 22 (lower zone) will have their shutoff on the third Tuesday of every month. Floors 23 to Penthouse (upper zone) will have their shutoff on the third Wednesday of every month. If you require a water outage for an apartment on floors 7, 8 or 9 we will accommodate your request on Mondays-Thursdays with at least 48 hours advance notice.
If you have a plumber coming to your unit, we ask that you notify Management at least 24 hours beforehand. Naming the plumbing contractor, the time of arrival, plumbing problem to address and expected time of completion is mandatory. On the day of the outage we ask that all plumbers check-in at the Courtesy Patrol Office prior to starting work. Water pressure will be restored once all repairs are concluded.
All large materials, equipment/tools and rubbish involved in plumbing or construction activities are not permitted in the lobby for any reason.
